The Challenge 

John Hallett is a leading Letting Agency based in the south of England.

The company was concerned that its website was visually unappealing, difficult to add property details to, and doing nothing to send potential tenants and landlords their way.

 

Positioning and Copy

CosModus worked with Jon Hallett to profile the company’s targets, and to create a website designed specifically to appeal to the differing needs of potential tenants and landlords.

A copy strategy was developed to ensure that the essence of the company’s personality – highly personal and personable service, led by Jon himself – was communicated with different key messages to prospective landlords and tenants.

 


Website & Internet Marketing

A new website was cost-effectively built using highly functional modules that allowed Jon Hallett staff to rapidly add and remove properties, as well as easily integrate user-friendly plans and videos of properties.

The site was designed throughout to incentivise potential tenants and landlords to leave their details on the website’s interactive “Contact Us” page.
