The Challenge
MacLehose Associates is a print marketing agency based in Eastleigh, Hampshire in England.
It is the UK partner of one of the world’s largest book printers, based in China.
The MacLehose business has developed by reputation, word of mouth, and direct sales. Customers include some of the UK’s largest publishing houses. However, MacLehose wished to reach out to new customers and markets and Internet marketing was seen as the way to achieve this.

Brand & Positioning
MacLehose was positioned as an independent gateway to cost-effective printing in China, and as “Your trusted partner in print”. A new logo and website were developed.

Strategy
In addition to positioning MacLehose with newly developed copy and key messages, and creating a new website, CosModus created PPC (Pay Per Click) Campaigns with Google, MSN and Yahoo, based on carefully researched keywords.
These campaigns have been highly successful in generating additional visitors to the MacLehose site, many of whom left their details and became valuable leads.
The Results
MacLehose now feels it has a marketing strategy which complements its existing sales approach. It is also receiving several valuable new leads a week as a result of the new website.
